You may start your Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programme in days with VitalMedCloud, without requiring additional labour from your staff or incurring any financial costs.

Signup

You can register by entering the required information. After you have completed the enrollment process, we will be providing you with few test devices. The entire signup process don't need any credit cards.

Patient Enrollment

At no additional charge, VMC will enroll your patients as a complementary service. After validating the patients' eligibility for RPM, we will send the gadget straight to them.

Patient Data and Reminder

We will be notifying you monthly for completing the process of reviewing the patient's data that has been sent by the app. The patient data will be streamed to VMC portal. Medicare review requirement should be met.

Billing of Patient

The CPTs 99543, 99457, 99458, 99454should be billed by your biller to Medicare. We debit your account for CPT 99454, minus co-pay, to cover cellular, hardware services, support & hosting after Medicare payment.
